First Meeting - What to bring to first meeting

If
you don't have all of these to hand, we can still discuss the kind of
wedding that you would like to have and whether or not you want any
special rituals or ceremonies.
The ceremony can be informal to formal and anything in between.
There may be people that you want to honor or there maybe step children to consider.
These are all important details for the design of your ceremony.

• Date,Time and Venue of wedding.
- • Originals of Birth Certificates if you are Australian born.
- • Originals of Birth Certificates and Foreign Passport if you are foreign born.
- • Original documentation pertaining to name changes by Deed Poll.

• Original Divorce Certificate/Decree Absolute or other original
documentation indicating how previous marriage was terminated.

• If any documents are in foeign languages- an official translation
will berequired. See the Translating and InterpreterService (NAATI).
- • Any ideas about what you want for your wedding, songs, who you would like to participate in the ceremony, etc.
- • Names and ages of witnesses.
- • Names and phone numbers of other people (if any) you'd like for me to speak to about your ceremony.
If you are unable to bring these to our first meeting, we will still be able to begin your documentation.
